  4. We collate all the applicants who have applied for the position;
  5. We will email all applicants and advise their applications are being processed;
  6. Our recruitment consultants will screen the applicants against your job / person specification;
  7. The remaining applicants are forwarded to your in box, ready for you to start the next stage of the recruitment process.
